Shipping Policy
We offer standard and expedited shipping across the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and customization level.
-Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
-Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
-Rush Orders: Available upon request (additonal fees apply)
**All custom products may require 2-4 business days for production before shipping.
Shipping Rates:
-Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and delivery location. Orders over $750.00 qualify for Free Standard Shipping (within the continental U.S.)
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur die to weather, carrier issues, or supply chain disruptions. We will notify you of any major delays.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
-Contact us within 7 days of delivery at k2printco@gmail.com
-We'll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue and, if eligible, send a replacement at no extra cost.
Return Policy
At K2 Print Co., every product is made to order and customized specifically for you. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, refund, or exchanges.
We highly encourage customers to double-check all artwork, spelling, and order details before finalizing the purchase with us. Once you recieved your proof or mockup, plese review it carefully. Once approved, we cannot make changes or cancel the order.
While all sales are final, your satisfaction matters. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error, we'll work with you to make it right. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with the following at k2printco@gmail.com:

-Clear photos of the product and packaging
-description of the issue
We'll investigate the issue and, if we determine the error was on our end, we'll offer a replacement at no extra cost.
